The birth of My Life Insurance Agency:
At the end of 2023 I received a phone call asking to start my own agency. It wasn’t the 1st time I was given this opportunity. This was just the 1st time I said yes…only after 2 days of saying “NO”.Lol! I absolutely loooove offering life insurance to my clients but taking on the responsibility of an agency was different. In all honesty I knew that there were a lot of people, all types of people and often indifferent people I would have to encounter and mentor in order to grow my agency.
I try to live my life in PEACE and not CHAOS and I knew not everyone’s agenda would be that of PEACE. But the thing that compelled me was the opportunity to CHANGE OTHERS LIVES. This business had drastically changed my life (in marvelous ways) so this was my opportunity to allow others this same experience. Thus we have “Lack Must Leave by HC”. We shorten it to “Lack Must Leave”.
Our goal is to remove the LACK of education about life insurance from the community. And therefore remove the LACK of financial freedom and time freedom from the insurance producer. Every single time I say out loud the name of my agency, it’s a decree and affirmation: LACK MUST LEAVE!
HotChocolate's 18 years as an insurance producer have taken me to the top of my industry with NUMEROUS awards, bonuses & vacations. After many years of being asked to open my own insurance agency, I finally said “yes”. So I recently opened my own insurance agency (Lack Must Leave) in Jackson, TN to better serve the community and also financially change the lives of other insurance producers.
We offer every agent the opportunity to make $500 a day or more! My personal vision is to coach every agent (who puts in the work) to making 6 figures, which is $100k or more their very first year with me. I’ve proven that it’s possible with the 6-figure income of several of our new agents. Very proud.
